Webmail Setup Using Ms Outlook 2003

Step 1
If this is your first time you open MS Outlook 2003, it will prompt you with a wizard. Just click next on the wizard and it will forward to another screen
Or
If you already have another account setup in your MS Outlook, then you’ll get this screen. Click on Add a new email Account option and click Next button. You’ll be move to Step 3 in this process.
Step 2
; Click next on creating new e-mail accounts.
Step 3
Select POP3 Server Type and click Next
Step 4
Type in your name , your full email address as shown above. The mail server is same for both. The username of logon information needs to be the same as your full email account address. Once done, click on the More Settings button at the bottom right of this windows. Here d example is info@sabahexpress.com

Here, click on the Outgoing Server tab at the top of the windows, there you’ll need to select
My outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication. Click on Log On using option. Type in your full email address and password. Select
Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
Step 6

Click on the Advanced Tab. On the Outgoing server (SMTP), the port no is 2525. Once You had keyed-in the port no, you will find an option called Delivery at the bottom. Select the Leave a copy of messages on the server. Once all this has done, click OK button.

Step 7
You will back to the main Setup screen. Click on Test Account Settings button to test the mail function which you have just set up.
Step 8
You’ll get this screen which will test your email connection. If you managed to get all status as completed, then your email configuration is successful. If not you have to check your settings again. Click on the close button on the small window to close it and back to main configuration screen, click next.
